Education qualification for Paper 1, Part A
- • Post graduation with a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade and 3 year integrated BEd or MEd.
- • Other qualification required is graduation with BEd.
Education qualification for Paper 1, Part B
- • Intermediate or Senior Secondary and 2 year DEd Special Education in any of the categories of Disability or 1 year Diploma in Special Education in any categories of Disability.
- • Diploma in Community based Rehabilitation with 6 months certificate course in education of children with special needs.
- • Diploma in multi-rehabilitation worker with six months certificate course in education of children with special needs
- • Junior diploma in teaching the deaf or primary level teaching training course in visual impairment or diploma in vocational rehabilitation or diploma in vocational training and employment with six months

Education qualification for Paper 2 Part A
- • The qualification for paper 2 is almost sem.
- • Some of the graduation is to be completed with special education in various topics and BEd.
Education qualification for Language Teachers
- • Graduation with Language concerned as one of the Optional subjects.
- • Bachelor of oriental language or its equal.
- • Graduation in Literature or Post-Graduation in Language concerned and Language Pandit Training Certificate/ BEd with language concerned as one of the methodologies with respect to language.
- • Junior diploma in teaching the deaf or primary level teaching training course in visual impairment or diploma in vocational rehabilitation or diploma in vocational training and employment with six months

The APTET will be conducted in August 2024.
No, the AP TET is not hard. The overall exam difficulty level is easy to moderate.
The passing marks of AP TET are different for different categories. General needs to score 90, Backward Category needs to score 75 and SC/ ST to score 60.
The exam mode of APTET is computer-based. The exam will be conducted on the computers.
APTET admit card will be released on the official website of the exam and the date is not known yet.
