Offline Procedure

• 1. The students can purchase a non refundable voucher and can redeem that code in their online application form from the website of the college. The students can use that code in the payment Gateway.
• 2. During the application procedure, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) retains the right to modify the dates or timing at any point.
• 3. JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the application or any supporting materials delivered by mail or courier or obtained at the Admissions Office or Study Campus Administrative Office.
• 4. JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) disclaims any liability for any unintentional errors that may have occurred during the online application process or when the JAIN Entrance Test Hall Ticket or Results are published.
• 5. The University does not accept donations or capitations of any kind, nor does it grant permission to any outside organization to handle the admissions process.

• • Scholarships are available in two categories from JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in an effort to support exceptional potential in both sports and academics. In addition, applicants with major physical disabilities—visual, aural, or otherwise—are admitted to all courses at the university.
• • Scholarships are available to Indian nationals, and JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) students are the only recipients.
• • The Scholarship Committee of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) shall assess scholarships on a regular basis (JUSC). The committee maintains the authority to discontinue awarding scholarships at any moment or to create new ones.
• • JUSC approves the requirements for each scholarship as well as the agreement for the total number of scholarships to be given out each year. The process of renewal and selection is also approved by the committee.
• • Subject to the number of scholarships available in each category for that year, scholarships within each category will be awarded on the basis of merit and will not be influenced or tested in any way by the applicant's possession of any other grants, awards, or distinctions.
• • The scholarship cannot be transferred.

Applying for Scholarships

• • The application form of scholarships can be taken by the students from the admission office of the college.
• • Any ONE of the specified scholarship categories may be applied for by a student. More than ONE scholarship may not be held by a student.
• • The completed scholarship application form must be turned in to the Admissions Office of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).
• • The students whose applications are generally liked by the college and are submitted before the deadline will be considered by the college for providing scholarships.
• • The providing of Academic Achievement Scholarship form submission after the deadline would not be taken by the college.
• • Merit-based ranking will be applied to the applications.

The Selection Process for Scholarships

• • Every application submitted under the sports and academics categories will be carefully reviewed before being sent to the university scholarship committee. A scholarship acceptance form and offer letter will be sent to the chosen students.
• • The students are provided with a given time frame to accept the scholarship. If they did not accept it or reject it the offer will go to void and won't come again.

2. Facilities and Projects :- The JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) Facilities and Project Office is an essential component. Director Mr. M.S. Parswanath.
