NEET SS Exam

NEET is known as National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The test will be conducted by NBE as per new rules. The test is conducted so that the students can pursue DM/MCh after PG. NEET SS scores are accepted by various colleges in the country. It is based on a computer.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET SS

• • The students need to have a valid PG degree.
• • They need to have a PG degree from a college recognized by MCI or Medical Council of India.
• • The students need to have a valid registration.
• • They need to have the registration from MCI or Medical Council of India.
• • The foreign students need not to be registered by the MCI. However, they need to have a valid registration from their own country.
• • The MCI will provide these students with a tenure for the period of study.

Syllabus of NEET SS

The NEET SS has not been fixed. However, it is seen that the question paper is divided into two sections. The questions can be asked from any of the speciality and subspecialty that has been studied in the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The students need to have the preparation of MBBS and PG subjects thoroughly.

NEET SS Registration Process

• The students have to register themselves on the official website of NTA.
• The admission window stays open for one to two weeks.
• They have to generate the Login ID and Password for login.
• The students have to upload the requested documents.
• At last, the students need to check the application form correctly.
• The students need to pay a fee after that.

Admit Card

• The students need to check in for admit card details.
• They have to check for the admit card when the registration window gets closed.
• The students have to take a printout of the admit card that will be needed in the examination center.

Preparation for NEET SS

The preparation for NEET SS should be done adequately and you need to have some things in mind for the exam.

• The notes are important. They need to have notes of important things that may be needed for revision.
• The students need to formulate the habit to read newspapers, magazines and other things for new words and have quick reading ability.
• The students have to practice the abilities and improve the speed for quick time management that is needed in the exam.
• The students can get a knowledge of weaker and stronger areas from this which allows them to manage their time in the exam.
• The students are required to take a healthy break within their study session to give the brain a good rest.

NEET SS Results

• The students can look for the results from the official website.
• They will have a message and email received to them to check the results.
• The students can have a copy of results with them for future references.
• They are required to check the results on time to get the college of their choice

NEET SS Counseling

• After the results declaration, the students need to apply for counseling sessions.
• They can know which colleges they can get with the NEET scores they attained.
• After that, they can select the college in which they want to take admission according to their preferred courses.

Important Things for NEET SS

• The students always need to have their admit card along with them.
• They also need to carry a valid identity along with them that can be asked by the examination center.
• They are not allowed to take calculators, smart watches, phones, tablets and any other electronic devices along with them inside the center.
• They are not allowed to have metallic jewelry and accessories inside with them.
• They are required to mention all the courses and subjects of SS.
• They are not allowed to take bags, clothes with lots of pockets, jackets and closed footwear inside the examination hall.
