Before 2018 it was affiliated with the University of Delhi (DU).

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria in Netaji Subhas University of Technology:-

B.Tech

• • The student must have gotten at least 75% marks in their 12th to get admission to the university.
• • The compulsory subjects to study in 12th to get admission in B.Tech are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• • If the student wants to do B.Tech in Biotechnology they must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Zoology/Botany in their 12th.
• • The candidate must clear the JEE Mains exam to get admission to BTech.

M.Tech

• • The student must have a degree in BTech or AIME (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers).
• • In BTech and AIME the student should get at least 55% marks.
• • The student must clear GATE to get admission to M.Tech.

MBA

• • Candidates seeking admission to NSUT must have a graduation in the relevant stream.
• • Students must clear CAT exams to get admission to MBA.
• • The student will have to qualify for the personal interview (PI) round to get admission.

PhD

• • Students must have a Master's degree or M.Phil degree or any equivalent degree from a recognized university in a relevant subject.
• • The students must get 50% marks in their Master's degree or M.Phil degree or any equivalent degree.
• • Students must clear CSIR NET/UGC NET/GATE.
• • They must qualify for the interview round.

BBA

• • The student must get at least 60% in their 12th to get admission for BBA at NSUT.
• • The student must have studied English as a core/elective/functional subject in 10+2.

NSUT Delhi Selection Criteria

1) B.Tech : The students get selected based on their 12th scores and JEE Main Scores.

2) M.Tech : The students get selected based on their B.Tech /AIME degree scores and GATE exam scores.

3) MBA : The students get selected based on their scores in their graduation in the relevant stream and CAT exams.

4) PhD : The students get selected based on their Master's degree/M. Phil degree/ any equivalent degree scores. CSIR NET/UGC NET/GATE scoring is also checked to select the candidates followed by an interview.

5) BBA : The students get selected based on their 12th scores and they must have studied English in their 12th.

NSUT Delhi Application Process

• • The students who want to apply to the university have to visit the official website of the university and fill out the admission form.
• • Fill in all the necessary details like name, address, date of birth, email ID, phone no, etc.
• • When registration is completed they will be provided with the application number.
• • The student has to create a password login, he has to use the application number as the ID.
• • The student has to submit the required documents.
• • Then they have to pay the admission fee online to the university.
• • Then they will have to print the confirmation form after the fee payment.

NSUT Campus

The infrastructure is phenomenal at the NSUT, the students get up-to-date and modern technologies.

• • NSUT has a big library that has various books on different genres. Students can study at the library whenever they want.
• • The university has two hostels for girls and four hostels for boys.

Scholarships

The National Merit Scholarship Scheme is offered to students by the university. The scholarship is merit-based so the students have to score good grades both in class 12th and JEE mains. The total amount of the scholarship is Rs 82,000, two students will get this amount. A girl and a boy each will get Rs 41000 scholarships.

The scholarship is available for courses like engineering, medical, etc. Students who want to do graduate and postgraduate programs can apply for the NSUT scholarship.

Placement

The placement rates are excellent at Netaji Subhas University of Technology. The university provides 100% placement assistance. NSUT has a proper training and placement cell that plans all the events related to placements. Many things take place in these events like pre-placement discussions, practice interviews, aptitude tests, skill development, resume writing, and many more.
